Dale WalkerNew York Ministry Leader
To the small gathering, he began to teach Bible studies he developed with challenging topics such as, “Do Government Leaders need God?” A dedicated evangelist, Pastor Walker began to walk the halls of the Capitol Building, knock on doors, meet people, get to know them and their needs, and share the Gospel. After the session ended, Pastor Walker drove across the state hoping to meet legislators in their home districts from the inter-city boroughs of New York City to the far-flung rural communities upstate. In the first 18 months of his ministry, Pastor Walker led 13 Legislators and one legislative director to Christ. Today, Pastor Walker is discipling new believers, teaching them the Word of God in weekly Bible studies, and pursing his heart’s desire to evangelize.
“One thing I have learned is that God makes divine appointments and He can cause me to meet anyone He wants me to meet. I think that is because God wants people to know Him and I am a Gospel on wheels.”
Capitol Ministries and the New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation (NYFRF) partner together to support Pastor Walker’s ministry.
