Ralph Drollinger

Washington, D.C. Bible Study Teacher
Under President Donald Trump’s Administration, Ralph Drollinger led a Bible study to Members of the White House Cabinet — reportedly the first in more than 100 years.

As Ministry Leader to national political leaders, Ralph Drollinger began a discipleship Bible study ministry to U.S. Representatives in Washington, D.C. in 2010. He birthed a  study to U.S. Senators in 2015. Drollinger continues to teach those studies on the Hill in Washington, D.C. in person every week when possible. In 2017 he began the White House Cabinet study and in 2020, Drollinger launched a Bible study in the White House for high-ranking staff. Drollinger continues to teach those Bible studies to former members of the Trump administration remotely every week.

Drollinger founded Capitol Ministries in 1996 with a vision to make disciples of Jesus Christ in the political arena throughout the world. He serves as the ministry’s president today. Drollinger is the author of Rebuilding America: The Biblical Blueprint, which reveals the biblical mandate to reach political leaders for Christ. He also authored Oaks in Office: Biblical Essays for Political Leadersa collection of 52 studies from among the hundreds that he has written for public servants in more than 25 years in ministry. A traditional, historic Evangelical pastor, Drollinger exegetically teaches the Bible book by book, verse by verse. He writes an additional 52 topical Bible studies every year.

“We don’t shy away from the big issues, and we’ll try to exposit them, Drollinger said. “We won’t ever tell a member how to vote, because we don’t want to be political activists. But we’ll tell them what the Bible says.”

“Dr. Earl Rademacher said, ‘Right actions begin with right thinking and right thinking begins with thinking right about God.’  How can you expect right actions in terms of the course of a nation unless your nation’s leaders think right? And how can you expect them to think right if they don’t know the Word of God?”
