Capitol Ministries South Carolina

State Ministry Leader: Dr. Bill Jones

The Lord has been gracious to allow us to help facilitate a new ministry in the South Carolina State Capitol set to begin when Session starts back in January of 2013. I would like to introduce to you some of the partners in this open door of opportunity.

Congressman Joe Wilson: "Being a sponsor of Capitol Ministries here in Washington DC, I am excited to stand together with Columbia International University as they partner to launch this new ministry in the South Carolina State Capitol. Before being elected to the United States Congress in 2001, I served in the South Carolina State House for 7 years. Given our State and Nation's need for strong leadership, it is important that we foster strong ministries at all levels of Government for the maturation of elected officials in the Christian Faith."

President Bill Jones: "What a privilege to serve our Lord in the State House! On behalf of the Board of Directors of Columbia International University we are honored to be asked to serve our state leaders in a way that helps them spiritually to be "strong in the Lord and the strength of His might." We look forward to the launch of this new weekly ministry at the beginning of Session next year. In the months leading up to this we ask for your faithful prayers."
