CapMin founders Ralph and Danielle Drollinger have returned from a 17-day whirlwind international recruiting and training trip that was wildly successful and has positioned the ministry for tremendous growth, especially in north and southeast Asia.

“We are so excited to see and be a part of what the Lord is doing to further grow His worldwide ministry to public servants,” said Ralph, CapMin President. “God is blessing our plan to create staying power to teach God’s Word in the halls of government in the years to come by placing trained, intentional, deliberate, biblically-reliant, national disciple makers in Capitols throughout the world.

“More specifically, this trip opened huge new doors for ministry expansion in the countries of North and Southeast Asia.”

Ralph and Danielle were joined by Brian Hanson, International global director, and Jon Cassel, Africa global director in Seoul, South Korea and Kathmandu, Nepal. After those meetings, they joined Oscar Zamora, Latin America global director for a much-celebrated ministry launch to federal leaders in Bogota, Colombia.

“Brian and Jon put the whole trip together in Seoul and Kathmandu and did an excellent job in all regards,” Ralph said.

A primary purpose of the trip was to meet and further vet newly-recruited ministry leaders and then provide the required CapMin training on how to build and sustain a weekly Bible-study based discipleship ministry for political leaders. The recruits also learned about the often-overlooked biblical mandate to reach political leaders first in priority with the gospel. The objective of CapMin is to make disciples of Jesus Christ among political leaders throughout the world.

“The trip was a tremendous success,” Ralph said. “At present we have Bible-teacher/disciple makers in about 60 federal Capitols around the world and with the recent addition of our global director for the Caribbean, and our new leaders in Asia, we now have 16 global directors—at least one in nearly every theatre of the world. To God be the glory!

“With these directors now strategically located, CapMin should be able to achieve double digit growth in our efforts to aggressively onboard federal capitols every year moving forward. Praise the Lord for providing us with this necessary infrastructure! It has been years in the making and this objective our board has finally achieved!

“And of course, after placing leaders in federal capitols we move into phase II in each country: recruiting, training, and placing national ministry leaders in all their state/provincial capitols.”

Seoul, South Korea

At the Grand Hyatt Hotel overlooking Seoul, CapMin hosted an introductory training conference to 15 ministry leader candidates for the federal Capitol and states of South Korea. In addition and even more significant is our new relationship with Paul Jang (pictured below). Semi-retired and eager to serve in ministry, Paul has been named “CapMin South Korea Ambassador.” In that role, he will continue to recruit ministry leaders and spread the word about CapMin’s mission throughout South Korea and neighboring open nations. To equip him for the tasks, Paul will be attending the Nov. 28-Dec. 2 International Recruiting and Training Conference in Washington, D.C.

“We are confident that Paul will open many North Asia capitols to CapMin in the years ahead, as well as build ministries in South Korea’s many state capitols.” Brian Hanson said.

Kathmandu, Nepal

From Seoul, Ralph and Danielle, Brian, and Jon flew to Kathmandu for a 3-day training conference for ministry leader candidates from several Southeast Asia countries.

After completing the training, Kumar Singh Praja was named CapMin’s Southeast Asia global director and ministry leader to federal political leaders in the Kathmandu Capitol.

Kumar is a primary leader in a network of 250 biblically solid churches throughout Southeast Asia. It can be said that he serves as the Ralph Drollinger in this theatre of the world; he has had an identical vision and is passionate about being our ministry leader in the Kathmandu Capitol.

“The Holy Spirit has birthed in him the exact same vision he gave to Danielle and me a quarter of a century ago,” Ralph said.

Very well established and connected, Kumar will lead the charge to help build ministries in the federal Capitols in a dozen neighboring Southeast Asia nations.

Also credentialed after the training were men Kumar recruited from five states in Nepal as well as for the federal capitals of the nations of Bhutan, India, and Sri Lanka.

“We commissioned all of the men at the end of the conference—they were all so outstanding!” said Jon Cassel.

CapMin’s plan is to return to Kathmandu, Lord willing, next October to commission additional candidates Kumar is presently recruiting—colleagues of his—to establish ministries to national leaders in surrounding countries including Bangladesh, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Pakistan, among others.

“We are really excited about this development! Again, and importantly, this is a huge new wide-open door of ministry opportunity for CapMin expansion into Asia in the years to come!” Ralph said.

Bogota, Colombia

After the completion of those conferences, Ralph and Danielle flew to Bogota where Oscar and Elizabeth Zamora had planned ceremonies to kick off the launch of Pastor José Villanueva’s new ministry to national leaders in Colombia. The Zamoras planned the festivities with Pastor José and his wife, Clara, who completed training and were commissioned in Panama City in 2022.

“As usual, Oscar had everything well planned out and orchestrated along with our ministry leader, José,” Ralph said.

Some 100 people attended launch ceremonies in the federal Capitol to kick off Pastor José’s ministry to national political leaders that has already begun. Ralph was asked to address the crowd and for about 40 minutes, preached about CapMin’s mission and the biblical mandate to teach God’s Word to political leaders in order to fulfill the Great Commission most efficiently and effectively.

Pastor José is a former Parliamentarian and is well respected and networked among political and faith communities. After the ceremonies, a luncheon was held with about 20 of his closest friends who all learned about CapMin’s mission. Many of the guests are considered the movers and shakers of the Evangelical movement in Colombia which is experiencing great momentum. They included several pastors of 20,000-member churches and another pastor whose organization has 500 church affiliates throughout the country.

Everyone at the luncheon was enthusiastic about CapMin’s challenge to establish ministries in each of Colombia’s 32 state Capitols and were eager to help recruit Bible-teaching evangelists to begin the ministries.

“They were all excited to work with José and Clara to achieve this next step,” Ralph said.

Plans call for CapMin leaders to return to Colombia to train the new state capitol ministry leaders next Fall. This conference will be combined with a Latin America federal Training Conference for existing national leaders (and new leaders for other nations who will be recruited over the year).

“The Holy Spirit is moving mightily throughout Latin America!” Ralph said. “Now that we have a ministry leader emerging in Santiago, Chile, CapMin will soon be in the federal Capitols of 16 of Latin America’s 21 nations!  Praise be to God! Oscar and Elizabeth are doing an excellent job.”

“To God be the glory for these milestone achievements,” Ralph said. “We believe the reason God is blessing CapMin has little to do with me or Danielle or our wonderful staff, nor our combined marketing skills, but everything to do with Him honoring His Word—which is what this ministry is all about: His Word applied specifically to the lives of Public Servants.”
