Capitol Ministries is asking for your prayers as its President and Founder Ralph Drollinger leads a ministry team to Rome to train men who will reach federal, provincial, and local government leaders for Christ throughout all of Italy.
“We are humbled and privileged by the opportunities for ministry growth that we’ve seen most recently in Europe. Rome represents both the historic foundation of Western Christianity and a strategic gateway to influence Europe,” Drollinger said.
“We ask our supporters and prayer partners to continue praying for God’s leading and wisdom as Capitol Ministries pursues these training invitations in keeping with our mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ in the political arena throughout the world.”
This Rome conference will gather 25 men for a Capitol Ministries Training Conference from 8 Italian provinces.
Dr. Gaetano Sottile, who is recognized as one of the most influential evangelical leaders in Italy, is serving as Capitol Ministries ministry leader for members of the Italian Parliament.
“The Bible is often viewed by today’s leaders merely as a ‘religious’ book, yet it is filled with precepts and principles that, when intentionally applied, offer answers to many of life’s and leadership’s greatest questions,” Dr. Sottile said.
He explained that his partnership with Capitol Ministries is grounded in a shared vision of advancing God’s kingdom: “In a political world often led by unprepared leaders, Capitol Ministries offers invaluable resources to better mentor Parliamentarians—those who shape the destiny of Italy and, in part, the future of the European Union,” Dr. Sottile said.
As Capitol Ministries continues its mission to disciple political leaders for Christ, we invite you to join us in prayer for the upcoming training conference in Rome on June 2-5. May this strategic effort in a historic city bear lasting fruit for the kingdom across Italy and beyond.
