Political leaders chart the very trajectory of nations and impact our culture in mighty ways and yet they are one of the most neglected mission fields in the United States, and truly, the world. Throughout the Old and New Testaments, Scripture places a priority on reaching political leaders with God’s Word. Capitol Ministries has taken that directive very seriously. We have a single mission to help fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of Jesus Christ throughout the political arena of the world. Are you called to this work?
Capitol Ministries® is seeking proven, intentional, deliberate, biblically reliant disciple makers to establish ministries for elected and appointed political leaders in local or state governments in the U.S. or in foreign nations across the globe.
We accomplish this by pairing ministry leaders with Christian public servants to sponsor the ministries and invite their colleagues to attend the weekly Bible studies. The ministry leader may choose to write his own studies, or he may teach studies that Ralph Drollinger, President and Founder of Capitol Ministries, has written to specifically meet the professional, personal and faith needs of public servants. Drollinger has written hundreds of studies in his more than 25 years in ministry to political leaders and they are available for free download from capmin.org.
Ministry Leaders also provide pastoral care, pastoral counseling, and friendship to public servants, disciple them to spiritual maturity and evangelize those who do not know the Lord.
Capitol Ministries provides on-going training to ministry leaders through weekly Zoom meetings and annual in-person training conferences. We provide fund-raising, accounting, and marketing support.
