NASA Director Keynote Speaker at Capitol Ministries Dinner
NASA Director James Bridenstine, a sponsor of Capitol Ministries’ Washington, D.C. Bible studies, will be the keynote speaker at CM’s Annual Dinner on kick-off day at the World Ag Expo in Tulare, CA.
Capitol Ministries’ dinner is scheduled for 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 in the VIP Tent at the World Ag Expo, the largest annual agricultural exposition of its kind in the world.
The stellar evening will offer inspirational speakers, cuisine directly from the most productive agricultural area in the nation, and updates about the ministry that is planting discipleship ministries to political leaders in the United States and around the world.
Director Bridenstine promises to be a riveting speaker, said Ralph Drollinger, President and Founder of Capitol Ministries.
“Jim has a strong Christian testimony and has pioneered additional Bible studies within NASA headquarters,” Drollinger said. “Earlier in the day, Director Bridenstine will be speaking at the Ag Expo sharing how NASA research and technology have led to great innovations in American agriculture – by far the most productive Ag nation in the world!
“In addition, I’ll be sharing the Capitol Ministries’ vision and talk about how, through the leading of our Lord, doors are opening to sustainable, discipleship ministries in the United States and internationally at an astounding pace. We’ll also hear a report about our Local Government ministry expansion plans.”
Matt Swanson, Capitol Ministries Board Member, who owns many ag-related businesses, will serve as Emcee. Event hosts are Capitol Ministries Board Chairman Rob Hilarides and his wife, Jeannie, owners of Hilarides Dairy. The event sponsor is Nutrius, a livestock supplement company.

Capitol Ministries was founded by Ralph and Danielle Drollinger in 1996 to make “disciples of Jesus Christ in the political arena throughout the world.” Since then CM has established ministries in more than 40 state capitols; created separate ministries to Members of the White House Cabinet, U.S. Senate, and Representatives in Washington, D.C.; and birthed ministries in more than 24 foreign federal capitols.
The theme of this year’s 52nd World Ag Expo is “Harvesting Technology,” as many technological innovations on the family farm came from advances made in space.
Every year, 100,000 people from 70 nations visit the Expo’s 1,500 exhibition booths situated on the 2.6million square-foot grounds that feature cutting-edge agricultural technology and equipment.
