Please Pray as Global Leaders Gather for Capitol Ministries D.C. Leadership Conference
Capitol Ministries Global directors and ministry leaders from around the world will gather in Washington D.C. the first week of December at the highly acclaimed Museum of The Bible for CM’s annual Leadership and Training Conference.
Established CM leaders and many new candidates will travel from Africa, Peru, Europe, South Pacific Islands, and the Caribbean, as well as numerous U.S. states and cities to hear speakers and attend seminars on leading ministries to political leaders.
We ask for prayer as these men and ministry teams of husbands and wives assemble to pray and further their training in how to successfully plant and sustain discipleship Bibles studies in political arenas, the value of discipleship and relationship building, and the importance of leading Public Servants toward maturity in Christ, among many other topics.
Capitol Ministries’ long-term objectives include creating discipleship Bible studies to legislators and public servants in all 50 U.S. states, in 200 foreign nations, in three branches of government in Washington, D.C., and to city and county commissioners in neighborhoods across the United States.
Globally, Capitol Ministries has successfully planted directors in eight of the ten strategic geographical regions in the world. Each director is charged with recruiting ministry leaders to plant discipleship ministries in foreign federal capitols to teach the Bible and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to political leaders in keeping with the Great Commission.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19)
Capitol Ministries is seeking leaders for many U.S. states, cities and counties across America and the unstaffed global affinity spheres of Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa.
