From his home country of Belarus in Eastern Europe, Oleg Rachkovski is making this appeal to Capitol Ministries supporters in the United States and around the world:
“Please pray that God will bless our efforts to establish new ministries this month in the countries of Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine.”
As Capitol Ministries’ Director of the Eurasia Affinity Sphere, Pastor Rachkovski is charged with finding experienced Bible teachers to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to political leaders in former Soviet-Bloc countries and other European and Asian nations.
Later this month Ralph Drollinger, President and Founder of Capitol Ministries and Danielle Drollinger, will travel to Eastern Europe to meet with Pastor Rachkovski and a group of candidates who were selected to become CM Ministry Leaders in that corner of the world.
“The Lord started working on this trip a long time before we thought of it by already putting his men into these countries’ Parliaments,” Pastor Rachkovski said.
“These men are already ministering to their fellow parliamentarians. After hearing about Capitol Ministries, they got interested in establishing discipleship ministries in their Capitols.”
“The Lord has also raised passionate ministers like Pastor Liviu Neagoe in Romania who is eager to help the ministry development.
“So, Ralph and Danielle will meet with Ministry Leader candidates with the ultimate objective of establishing ongoing discipleship ministries for the Parliament members in these countries’ Capitols.”
Pastor Rachkovski has translated into Russian the book Drollinger authored, Rebuilding America: The Biblical Blueprint. The book explores the biblical priority and mandate as part of the Great Commission for reaching political leaders with the Gospel. The book, which has been re-titled in Russian: Rebuilding A Nation, will be distributed at the meetings.
A number of the Bible studies that Drollinger teaches to U.S. Cabinet members, Senators and Representatives in D.C. have also been translated into Russian and will be given to the Ministry Leader candidates.
The Bible studies may also be downloaded from the Capitol Ministries website, capmin.org in English, Russian, Spanish, and French.
Drollinger joins Pastor Rachkovski in asking Capitol Ministries’ friends for prayer.
“We are asking our supporters to please pray that our Lord will guide our steps as we seek to plant discipleship Bible study ministries to the leaders of Eastern European nations,” Drollinger said.
“Your prayers are critical to the success of this mission.”
Capitol Ministries has committed to planting and developing 200 ministries in 200 foreign federal Capitols in the coming years and has divided the world into 10 affinity spheres. Directors of these spheres are tasked with expanding the ministry in their areas of the world.
