Through God’s Word, Leaders can change and that could transform the world!

Capitol Ministries is one of the most exciting ministries that I’ve ever been a part of. Ralph (Drollinger) has a world vision. Very few people have a world vision. It is very exciting to be a part of an organization that will be around the globe in my lifetime.

After Capitol Ministries takes its mission to the world, think what would happen in so many of the trouble spots if all of a sudden in the midst of one of the incredible parliamentary meetings the Political Leaders just realized they needed to stop and pray just like Benjamin Franklin did at a crucial moment in American history. That act started the tradition of Congress praying every day, and that came out of a crisis moment. Franklin led that himself and he is not known to be a spiritual man, so why can’t that be duplicated in so many other countries around the world? Of course it can. Think what will happen when Leaders finally realize they are not God and they need God’s wisdom to guide them. It would change our world. It would change our world! If leaders change, the world will change.

I have lived, Sir, a long time and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth – that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without his aid?

We have been assured, Sir, in the sacred writings that “except the Lord build they labor in vain that build it.” I firmly believe this; and I also believe that without his concurring aid we shall succeed in this political building no better than the Builders of Babel: We shall be divided by our little partial local interests; our projects will be confounded, and we ourselves shall be become a reproach and a bye word down to future age. And what is worse, mankind may hereafter this unfortunate instance, despair of establishing Governments by Human Wisdom, and leave it to chance, war, and conquest.
