With the worldwide expansion of Local Government Ministries, we welcome Emmanuel Makolo to our growing team. Emmanuel (Manu) and his wife, Faith, have three lovely children and are excited to be involved with Capitol Ministries. Manuel is our Director of Local Government Ministries throughout Africa, beginning in his home country of Kenya.
