Tom Logan

State Director, South Carolina
Tom Logan is the former editor of Ralph Drollinger’s Bible studies and he attended a weekly study that Ralph teaches to a group of friends, so it was not surprising that he was tapped to lead a CM legislative Bible study when he moved to a state that did not have one.

When Ralph learned that Tom, a retired attorney and teacher, and his wife Twinkle, a retired caterer and business owner, would be moving from California to South Carolina, he realized he had found the right person to create a Capitol Ministries discipleship ministry and weekly Bible study to legislators and constitutional officers in that state. The Logans completed their move earlier in 2019 and Tom is currently preparing to teach Ralph’s Bible studies that he once edited. The legislature reconvenes in January 2020, and Tom is talking to Christian legislators, seeking a sponsor for the study.

“I am awed by this responsibility. I am totally relying on the Lord to give me strength and direction. My desire is to teach the Bible to legislators and to help them understand better the duties of a Christian leader, what God wants them to look at and think about when they are making decisions. If our nation is led by godly men, they will make the right decisions in passing laws and in not passing laws. God is the standard. The Bible is the standard and we need leaders who understand that.”
