Capitol Ministries is pleased to welcome Gene Sipprell as a ministry leader who is qualified and equipped to lead weekly discipleship Bible studies to members of the Minnesota Legislature.
Gene Sipprell joins CapMin ministry leaders around the world who are laboring to fulfill the Great Commission not by lobbying legislators but reaching their hearts and minds with the Gospel. CapMin’s mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ in the political arena throughout the world.
Anchoring a political leader’s soul in Christ is the only real hope for our nation’s future, or for the future of any nation. Throughout the Bible is the mandate for reaching political leaders with God’s Word. Among them:
First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority…God our Savior…desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2: 1, 2 and 4)
